15-time world record holder and current freediving world champion, as well as Suunto Vertical Blue champion and 2010 and 2011 World Absolute Freediver. In 2010 I became the first person reach 100 meters (328 feet) on a single breath using nothing but my bare hands and feet. Freediving is mix of physics, physiology, and psychology. I work with students to bring all of these elements together to develop techniques of style and awareness underwater while operating in maximum safety and enjoyment! I offer multiple courses some of which include completely new techniques and training exercises that were developed as part of my world record training program.
